Go Cavs!

This week has been another slower one, especially in terms of work. Our bosses were not there this past weekend due to being on holiday, so we really had no direction. Things were a little difficult this week, especially with the language barrier, but I am hoping that this next week is better. On a positive note, I helped with another tasting on Monday, which went very well, and have been making more and more close friends at work. This week we took a short trip to Palazzo Medici Riccardi, which was nice. On Wednesday, Steph, Brian, and I went to Castiglioncello. It was a beautiful beach but there was not much to do. I enjoy Cinque Terre better; it is more scenic, there is more to do, and the food is better. However, the water in Castiglioncello was even clearer, and really great for swimming. It is not touristy at all, which was a nice change. However, the highlight of my week was watching the Cavs play and win! We went to a bar where they showed the game and met up with some friends. Staying up until 5:30 in the morning has never been more worth it, especially when followed up with Nutella croissants from a secret bakery on the walk home.
